What the machine does well
Measures the area, thickness and softness of the leather and adjusts beating force and running speed automatically, for the best yield and softness. Shown at ACLE 2026 in Shanghai.
B: beating force set by hand. C: automatic force adjustment with PLC control. D: adds automatic lubrication, dust extraction and touch screen. E: adds a stretching mechanism to cut creases and raise yield.
Wet stretching softens the fibre of dyed leather and raises yield; dry staking softens crust and finished leather.
Coarser, wider-spaced pins for cattle leather, finer pins for sheep leather, with a nylon bar row to remove beating marks.
Our 6-row machine (since 2016) adds multiple stretching mechanisms, for flatter leather, higher yield and very few beating marks.
Chassis, pin-plate bed and orifice-plate bed are machined on CNC centres and heat treated in a deep-well furnace, so they stay rigid and true.
Bearing blocks, connecting rods and traction axle in nodular cast iron; a 150 mm precision-ground crankshaft; NSK bearings and YUKEN hydraulics.
A pressure detector stops the hydraulic pump once the set pressure is reached, instead of running it all day as on older machines.
SREE is the sole drafting organisation of China's industry standard for vibration staking machines, QB/T 2010—2011.
