Hydraulic fleshing machine for whole raw hides and limed hides — smooth running, reliable and simple to operate.
What the machine does well
Large-diameter alloy steel blade roller on tapered roller bearings, for stable working accuracy.
A diamond-grooved roller and a large rubber roller feed the hide, hydraulically driven at 19–50 m/min.
The rubber support plate sits on segmented hydraulic supports and adjusts itself to the hide, so the whole hide is fleshed evenly (range 10 mm).
The rollers open to deliver the hide, so the operator does not wait between hides.
A sensitive safety guard plate plus two linked switches for roller closing.
Covers protect the internal parts and keep the machine easy to clean.
