GJST5 — 5-roller samming machine for wet-blue
Two stretching blade rollers and five squeeze rollers, for large, thick cattle wet-blue: high yield, fast, at low samming pressure.
Every part of the hide is stretched, folds are kept to a minimum and yield goes up.
Better water removal at higher speed, especially for large, thick hides.
Strong and steady; it takes the radial force off the pressure rollers and reduces bearing wear.
The gap is set automatically — faster and more accurate than by hand.
Less pressure on rollers and felts, so the machine runs steadily and the felts last longer.
Squeeze rollers covered with high-strength nylon against cracking; the other rollers with acid- and corrosion-resistant rubber.

GSZT4 — 4-roller setting-out and samming machine for dyed leather
Through-feed setting-out and samming machine: two blade rollers set the hide out, four press rollers squeeze the water — in one pass.
Double blade rollers set the leather out; four press rollers then remove the water.
The hide is flattened before squeezing, which keeps folds out and area yield up.

GJST 3-roller samming machine for wet-blue
Samming and spreading of pig, cattle and sheep wet-blue. After the machine the leather is at about 50% moisture, ready for precise splitting and shaving. Wide working width for whole cattle hides; runs on-line.
The working speed is set to suit each kind of leather.
Fewer creases, which makes the following splitting and shaving easier.
Pressure rollers and felt tracking each have their own hydraulic system, so the pressure stays steady and samming is even.
The felt tensioning rollers are covered with glass-fibre reinforced plastic for a long working life.
