Machines that fit your steps
For whole fur and limed hides; the support plate follows the hide thickness.

Two stretching blade rollers and five squeeze rollers, for large, thick cattle wet-blue.

Samming and spreading of pig, cattle and sheep wet-blue, ready for splitting and shaving.

Your grader sets the grade; the machine stacks each grade on its own pile.

Double blade rollers set the leather out; four press rollers remove the water in the same pass.

Hides dried on heated stainless steel plates under vacuum; standard or low-temperature version.
2 to 8 plates
Dries with natural air and workshop heat; the GGGA machine hangs the leather automatically.
Hanging machine width 3200 mm
Wet stretching of dyed leather or dry staking of crust and finished leather.

For cattle leather we fit coarser, wider-spaced pins.
For sheep and goat leather we fit finer pins.
Oil-heated rollers and high-pressure felts for ironing, glazing and embossing whole hides.

Stacks leather behind spraying, ironing, buffing, measuring or staking machines.
Working width 1800, 2400 or 3200 mm
Samming and setting out, wet stretching, stacking and vacuum drying, linked by conveyors.
